The CuliSense Oven from our Neue Kollektion is designed to take control of the cooking process, helping you to achieve the highest standards of perfection. Simply put your dish in the oven and let CuliSense take care of the rest. It will automatically select the best temperature and time to cook your food, leaving you free to explore new creative ideas without a care in the world. It’s almost like having a private chef at home.
Correct conditions
Our CuliSense Oven comes equipped with a rich database of expert recipes and an advanced sensor system. The sensor detects the volume of the food in your oven then selects the correct cooking time and temperature, so everything from pastry to fresh pizza can be cooked to perfection. You can then fine-tune the settings to suit your own tastes, helping you to achieve the very best results every time.
The perfect meal in two steps
You can achieve culinary perfection in just two easy steps with CuliSense. First, select the auto cooking programme and your dish category (Baking, Roasting, Convenience Food, Oven Dishes or Pizza). Then choose your desired food category from a vast selection. The oven will precisely select the perfect cooking settings and adjust them while your dish is being cooked. Once the full cooking cycle is finished, the oven automatically turns itself off - so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Intelligent features
The CuliSense Oven has CleanAir control, an advanced odour air purifying system that allows you to minimise unpleasant smells, grease and fat splashes, leaving you with an odour-free kitchen. It also has a True Spit roasting function to help you to achieve authentic spit roasts. And the special U-shaped oven door allows you to keep a close eye on the contents.
Quick and easy cleaning
When the enjoyment of cooking is over, the CuliSense Oven can clean itself at the press of a button. The Pyroluxe® self-cleaning system heats the oven to 500°C, reducing all food residue to a fine ash that can be wiped away with a damp cloth.
