Keeps tripping

Lovely looking modern toaster, but, as with another customer review, our toaster also keeps tripping the electricity. Can’t use it anymore.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review regarding your AEG Toaster.

In regards to the issues you are having with your toaster tripping the electrics, if your appliance is still under the manufactured warranty we would recommend contacting our consumer care department on 03445 612 612 and have them investigate this matter further.

If your appliance is no longer under the two year manufactured warranty we would recommend either contacting our After Markets Department with 03445 610 529 or alternatively speaking with your retailer as under your consumer rights act they are able to either replace the appliance for you free of charge or refund the amount you have paid for your appliance.

Thank you for taking the time to provide me with a review regarding your AEG Toaster, however we are saddened to read that you are unhappy with your appliance as this is tripping your electrics.

If your appliance is still covered under the two year manufactured warranty we would strongly advise contacting our consumer care department on 03445 612 612 and have them investigate this matter and hopefully provide you with a new appliance.

If your appliance is now unfortunately outside the manufactured warranty we can only suggest speaking with your retailer as they can make the commercial decision to either replace this appliance for you free of charge or refund you the full cost you have paid for your appliance.

We hope this matter get resolved for you as soon as possible.

Golden Toast every time

Well designed, well constructed, and good value. Ideally slots could be a little longer to avoid having to reduce the height of most slices.

Hello Lew and thank you for your review. I'm glad you like your new toaster. I particularly like the countdown timer and options to increase/decrease the power levels as well as the design. Disappointing

I brought the toasterApril2020. I am on second replacement, as the plastic part of the leaver has broken on both occasions. I thought I was buying a quality item
