Due to increased demand for installation services this time of year we now cannot guarantee our installation partners will be able to complete installs prior to Christmas. All non-install orders will continue as normal.
We are also continuing to experience some longer call waits at peak times though this is improving. As Coronavirus restrictions have been lifted, the demand for skilled drivers and contact centre workers has also increased.

Monday mornings are always very busy, if you can wait please try later in the week and we’ve provided a guide to indicate when our contact centre is busy. The call wait can be in excess of 20 minutes when busy and 45 minutes when extremely busy.
If offered a return call, Please use our call back feature, we will call you back.
Our opening hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Our virtual assistant will ask a few questions to navigate you to the right team, however this is a great way to get in touch. Chat online from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, peak times are the same as the call wait however wait times are shorter.

You can book a repair online if your appliance if covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or if you wish to purchase a Fixed Price Repair. We are working on an online booking solution for 5 year promotional warranties and our pay monthly Repair and Care, though today you will need to call to book an appointment for these.
Rescheduling a repair
If you need to reschedule an existing repair, please contact the Repair Service Provider, their contact details are on your booking confirmation email.
