AEG Home Comfort App - wrong password typed 3 times

Issue

  • AEG Home Comfort App - I have typed the wrong password 3 times. Now the app tells me that I have can try again in an hour. Why is this happening?

Resolution

  • After three invalid attempts, the system will lock the account to protect it. After 1 hour it is possible to try again. Any additional attempts within that hour will restart the lock out time
