Whats included in your warranty


If something’s gone wrong with a product you’ve bought, you as a consumer may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. For information about your legal rights in the event the product is faulty please see our Terms and Conditions available here. Certain products also benefit from an extended warranty in which case separate terms and conditions may apply.


Benefits of your warranty


An authorised AEG technician will visit free of charge.


Spare Parts 

Replacement original parts will be provided at no additional cost.


Call out charges 

Technician visits are free of charge if the fault is covered by your warranty, even if more than one visit is required.


Product Exchanges

If our technician is unable to repair your appliance, there is no additional costs to exchange your appliance. These will be delivered, installed and your old appliance taken away.
