Our branded cookers have market leading insulation which provides our customers with best in class efficiency performance.  As the insulation and heat reflective glass keeps the heat within the cavity during cooking, when cooking has finished, the cavity is still hot.  A cooling fan helps to bring the temperature within the cavity down in a very efficient way which is by running a fan. This incredibly low cost method is the safest way to return the cavity to it's normal siting temperature.

Depending on the cooking duration and the temperature chosen, the cooling fan operation time may vary.
