True Fan cooking the standard type of fan function in our ovens. Using an element surrounding the fan at the back of the cavity. 

This ensures more efficient heat up and prevents transfer of tastes and flavours making it possible to cook different dishes at the same time such as sweet and savoury dishes. 

Unlike standard ovens, the SurroundCook® oven’s advanced fan technology ensures that every part of your dish is getting exactly the heat it needs. No more turning dishes halfway through cooking. This is achieved by specifically placed vents in the back panel directing the heated air around the sides of the cavity ensuring even heat through out the oven. 

Perfect for everyday cooking - the ovens default cooking setting.

It's more efficient than many traditional ovens so if your current and favourite recipes you are following are cooking too quickly just reduce the temperature by approx 10°C or take 10 minutes off from the cooling time if duration is more than 30 minutes
