Resolution
We do not recommend connecting washing machines to a hot water line.
Our washing machines have been specially designed for installation using a cold water supply (maximum 25 degrees Celsius).
Not all of the washing programs always use hot water, if hot water is used on a low-temperature wash this could damage the clothing.
Note: Continuous hot water can lead to unsatisfactory washing results.
