Resolution
To display the push messages in the access screen, activate the following setting in the My AEG Care app:
1. Open the My AEG Care app on your smartphone or tablet
2. Go to settings by tapping the gear at the top right.
3. Tap Notifications
4. Slide the Program End and Alarm sliders to the right to turn on the notifications.
- You may be asked to enable notifications in your smartphone or tablet settings before this feature can be activated.
