Resolution

The power cord and adapter are not properly assembled, and/or connected to the mains. The charging plates on the robot and the charging base are not connected.
  • Connect the adapter connector to the charging base.
  • Connect the power cable to the mains.
  • Make sure the charging plates on the robot and the charging base are connected.
  • Check that the plug and cable are not damaged.
  • Please also make sure to clean the charging pads both on robot and charger with a dry cloth.
