Says it is Watermelon Red. No, it isn't! Dark Red, yes.
Does well on flat straight lines, but hates wooden stairs. Without the attachment, it is impossible to do the handheld on stairs.
The docking station for charging is awkward to get the right angle to charge, and when the handheld is taken out for usage, the the upright will just fall over. It also does not like tight angles. I had purchased this device due to its brand reputation. I do feel that I have overpaid simply for the brand name.

I purchased this vacuum because it was meant to be good on both carpet and wood floors. It’s ok on carpet but rubbish on wood floor. If it’s picking up dust it’s ok, but for anything else it just pings it across the floor and won’t pick up, even with clean filter and full suction.

Sleek aesthetics. Easy to manoeuvre. Picks ups most dirt and dust on low power, with extra boost for more stubborn dirt.
Most importantly, it is not heavy to push around as the weight of the battery and motor is at the base.
Also, it can be left freestanding, so no bending to pick it up.
This cleaner is great for anyone who doesn’t like to break sweat, or has health conditions which make lifting or carrying difficult.

I purchased this model as I had a good service with the previous model for a few years. This current model has had a few modifications to the previous model which has improved the performance of the unit. However, I have found that new design of the filter leads to more time being needed in the emptying of the unit.
