We had our new coffee machine installed in January 2021 along with numerous other AEG appliances. We love coffee and are extremely disappointed with this machine! The coffee is dispensed luke warm even on the highest setting. Two engineers have tried to sort the issue both refusing to drink the coffee we made as they said it wasn't nice. I can stick my full hand into the cup as soon as the drink is made and hold it there clearly showing an incorrect temperature. Hoping we get an answer as I don't believe this is how it should be!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review regarding your AEG Coffee Machine, however I am disappointed to hear that you have only rated this appliance 1 star due to the coffee being dispensed from the machine cold.
We can advise that usually the temperature which the coffee should be dispense at is 78 degrees potentially lower on a long coffee however it does seem as though the temperature that you are explaining is very low.
As your appliance was only purchased in January 2021, we would strongly advise contacting our AEG consumer care department on 03445 612 612 and have them investigate this matter further, as you have had 2 repairs already there may be a way we can resolve this matter for you.
Alternatively you could contact your retailer as under your consumer rights act if you feel as though your appliance is unfit for purpose they can make the commercial decision to either replace this appliance for you or refund you the full cost of your appliance.
