Just getting familiar with this replacement of a gas cooker. In a couple of weeks we have been hob cooking - burnt a couple of things - top and bottom oven cooking from Christmas cake to roast lamb. All successful. Found top oven needs to be set high to brown sausages but bottom fan oven seems accurate.
The cooker looks good and performs well - giving us lots of control over our cooking so far.
The instructions are comprehensive but often hard to understand as they are very short. Perhaps a set of films would be useful - or access to a cookbook specifically aimed at this cooker?
