Combined with the specially designed cast-iron tray, this delivers faster baking and Neapolitan-style results. The function also guides you on when to add and remove the pizza for consistently great results.

• Do I need any special skills to make great pizza?

  No, the PizzaExpert oven guides you through every step required to make a restaurant quality pizza. In the app you get step-by-step guidance on how to make the perfect dough and tomato sauce and the ovens touch display will let you know which level to place the cast-iron tray, and always let you know when you when to insert the pizza and take out the pizza.

• Do I need any special accessories to get the best pizza results?

  Yes, the PizzaExpert oven comes with the PizzaExpert Kit, which includes the cast-iron tray and pizza peel. These accessories are specifically designed to work with the oven’s high temperatures, ensuring optimal heat distribution, proper airflow, crisp pizza bases, and safe, easy handling when baking and serving.

• How long does the oven take to reach 340°C?

  The PizzaExpert oven reaches 340°C in approximately 25 minutes.

• How do I clean the oven?

  The oven is designed for easy cleaning and features a Pyrolytic Cleaning function. Using very high temperatures, this function turns grease and food residue into ash, which you can simply wipe away with a damp cloth once the cycle is complete.
  Before starting pyrolytic cleaning, remove all accessories, trays, and side racks, as recommended in the oven’s manual.

• What pizzas can I bake with the PizzaExpert function and cast-iron tray?

  With the PizzaExpert function and cast-iron tray, you can bake a wide range of pizzas, including Neapolitan, Classic, Roman, Calzone, and recipes made with alternative flours such as gluten-free, kamut, or whole wheat. You can also adjust the temperature to suit your recipe, for example, up to 340 °C for Neapolitan-style pizza, or around 320 °C for thinner Roman-style crusts.
