This coffee machine was bought to replace an older AEG model that lasted 15years. The coffee beans are ground to a great consistency, but, the temperature of the coffee is lukewarm (60c at the highest temperature setting) at best and have to resort to reheating my latte in the microwave!

If your appliance is still covered under the 2 years manufactured warranty, we would recommend calling our consumer care department on 03445 612 612 and have them arrange for an engineer to inspect and potentially repair your appliance.
If your appliance is now outside the 2 years manufactured warranty we would either recommend contacting our After Markets Department on 03445 610 529 to discuss our fixed price repair options, or alternatively you can speak with your retailer as they can make the commercial decision to either repair, replace or refund you the cost you have paid.
