So far very very disappointed - the extraction system leaves clouds of vapour and smoke in the kitchen and is very noisy - highly regret purchase

After reading your comment we have spoken with our technical department and they have advised that if your appliance is being recirculated you would require a carbon filter as well as a charcoal filter, this should remove any vapour or some and steam in the kitchen as well as prevent any smells.
If you have checked that the filter is clean and the issue is still occurring providing you are within your two years manufactured warranty, we would recommend contacting our consumer care department on 03445 612 612 and have them arrange for an engineer to inspect and repair your appliance.
If your appliance is now outside the manufactured warranty we would recommend contacting our After Markets Department on 03445 610 529 to discuss our fixed price repair options.
