Hob, was good design, but after installation I noticed a small chip on underside of hob. Didn't think any thing more of it and it was underside so I wasn't worried. Few weeks later I put a heavy pan on the hob and the hob cracked right down the middle from the small chip I had noticed. Mortified. Tried contacting AEG during lockdown, they said to send an email. a whole month later - still waiting for a reply. Not happy. I had new kitchen - 4 AEG appliances and had problems with 3 so far. Sad : (
