i have been cooking for years, and i simply do not understand the instructions. how can it be so complicated to bake ? so many complicated different levels/symbols/functions for so many varying pastries, with-without yeast, flans, etc.
the instruction book is not userfriendly or helpful. is 'true fan cooking' Fan Cooking as generally known ??? do you leave the door open for grilling ??? as with most ovens.
