The oven was tripping the electric off and we were without an oven for two weeks with two small children. Customer services were not very user Friendly having an automated system making it very frustrating to try and sort out. The dealer sorted it for us in the end. On a positive note the engineer who came was very pleasant and helpful, the over was sorted within about half an hour. It had apparently taken on moisture while in storage with the dealer. The oven works fine now, Nice and quiet, lots of functions. Although I had great difficulty setting the time, the instructions didn’t make sense (maybe just me though). Customer service difficulties would put me off buying AEG again.
