I am unable to cook in the top oven because of excessive condensation running down the inner glass after only 10 mins. I read the trouble shooting for this problem but it is not appropriate. Your engineers have said it is a design fault. You did not agree . I have had this cooker for only 6 months and the store where I bought it is giving me a refund.
