I was drawn to this stylish looking oven by the fact it had a steam function, amongst other great features. The control knobs are retractable which helps make the outside easy to clean, in fact, along with the catalytic enamel interior, that lets you know when it needs cleaning, it is easy to keep it looking like new. The true fan cooking plus (steam baking ) function dispenses with the need to put additional, water filled, dishes in the oven to keep things moist. It's simple to fill the integrated cavity, with water, when cold and hey presto lots of crusty sourdough loaves that are lovely and moist. My roasts have been lovely and brown and the oven cooks evenly throughout. I was very impressed with the fast heat up feature, and am also keen to use the moist fan baking in the future for energy efficiency. Another good feature for me is the oven temperatures and shelf positions for dishes on the rear of the oven door. There are no children in our house but the child lock function seems an excellent feature for busy mums. The only drawback to this oven I found was trying to set the time delay for the oven to come on to cook a casserole whilst I was out. The instructions were confusing whilst trying to set it up. It took me several attempts but I eventually managed it. I'm looking forward in the summer to using the dehydrating function and preserving function for my garden produce. Overall I think this oven is excellent, and it makes excellent cheese and onion toasties in minutes. Hurrah
Absolute accuracy, every time
The clean glass display with touch buttons gives you even more control over your cooking. The timer is activated by entering start/stop through the LCD screen. Meaning you can expect absolute accuracy - even if you momentarily step away from your oven.
