At last no more defrosting. I am well pleased with this freezer it is worth every penny. It`s a quality product.

Fits the Bill!
Early days only just installed in New kitchen. Keeping our fingers crossed that we escape any problems having initially looked at pretty bad feedback on AEG Customer Services. As a result of feedback comments we decided to limit our AEG purchases to Fridge and Freezer only. Time will tell if worthy of 5*

A good freezer but with "cheap" control panel
I bought this freezer online, without seeing it displayed, to replace a 25 year old Bosch, which has never given any problems. I chose this particular model because it had 4 drawers rather than 3. The appliance seems to function OK. The frost free interior is great and there is more storage space than my old appliance due to the modern freezing technology that is used, although it does seem to turn on and off more than I am used to and therefore the noise is more prominent. I suspect that both of these are a result of the technology. But I was surprised, for a £400 freezer, by the low quality of the front control panel. The plastic surround is very flimsy. The buttons are very "stodgy" and do not seem very well supported behind. The light for the frostmatic function is not very bright. I did consider giving 3 stars , instead of 4, because of the controls but overall thought it was just worth the 4. I am not sure if I would have purchased this if I had physically seen the appliance and noticed the control panel.

Perfect, well built
Really impressed with the design and the four draw compartment. I would by AEG again, overall very happy with the freezer.
