dissapointed with this very expensive freezer, it gets very loud and noisy.

I am disappointed to read that you are unhappy with the noise that the appliance is making.
If you are still covered under the manufactured warranty, I would strongly suggest contacting our consumer care department on 03445 612 612 and have them arrange for an engineer to inspect and repair your appliance.
However if you are now outside the manufactured warranty, I would suggest speaking with your retailer as under your consumer rights act, if you feel as though the appliance is unfit for purpose, they can make the commercial decision to either replace or refund the amount you have paid.
