We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with a review regarding your AEG Fridge Freezer, however we are saddened to read that you are unhappy with the degree the door opens at and the glass shelves.

I’m sorry that you feel the quality of the drawers are sub-standard, but I can assure you that these do go through extensive field trial prior to going to market.

Our products are all built to UK & EU safety standards and undergo rigorous functional testing. As part of our on-going commitment to quality, safety and reliability of products, we would like to assure you that you can continue to trust in the Electrolux brand.

Sadly as there is not a manufactured fault which is causing your appliance to stop working, there is not anything we can do to assist you further, however if you are unhappy with keeping your appliance we can only recommend you speaking with your retailer as they can make the commercial decision to either replace, repair or refund you the amount you have paid for your appliance.
