Too be honest, since its been installed we are feeling that we have not choose the right brand. Even though we were getting other brands cheaper than this but we paid premium for AEG to get disappointment.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review regarding your AEG Fridge, however I am saddened to see that you have only provided this appliance with a 2 star review as you are having difficulty with the door.
If you are still covered under the manufactured warranty, I would recommend calling our consumer care department on 03445 612 612 and have them arrange for an engineer to inspect and potentially repair your appliance if you feel as though there is a manufactured defect.
However if you feel as though there is no manufactured defect with your appliance and you are unhappy with the appliance in general we would recommend you speaking with your retailer as they can make the commercial decision to either replace or refund you the cost you have paid under your consumer rights act.
