We had seen the Comfortlift range of dishwashers in John Lewis and thought it was a great feature. It does make things easy for loading and unloading though tall plates/chopping boards can get stuck as the bottom drawer moves up and down. The upper drawer is too short for tall glasses (even using the height adjustment), unless the cutlery tray is removed. We've always had a cutlery basket on previous dishwashers and, although the tray is easy to use, the knives and forks were always drier than with this dishwasher. In fact everything seems a little damper than before even using the "door open at end of cycle" setting. I'm saying "Yes" for recommendation but only because there's no "Possibly" option and it's too good for a "No".
Great features with some drawbacks
