NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
Purchased in October 2017 and the heating element has now broken 4 times in that time. We have requested a replacement as it is clearly not fit for purpose and been denied - just a fix! Now unable to phone AEG as they have a problem with telephone lines and also unable to message them as "OOps something went wrong" comes up every time.
Dreadful customer service. Dreadful machine.
