Cooked evenly everywhere

With this oven, using energy efficiently also means cooking efficiently. It has a new convection system called Hot Air, which ensures hot air circulates evenly throughout the oven cavity. The result is that the oven heats up faster and cooking temperatures can be reduced by up to 20%, saving you both time and energy

Very disappointed

I thought I was buying 'quality' by buying AEG, how disappointed I am. The oven does not cook evenly, it browns more at the front than the back. The controls are disappointing, in that they don't display in the panel, ie the temperature you set, you just have to read the dial, so basic! What the steam button actually does I really don't know, as any water put in the bottom of a hot oven would steam and rise anyway! The sides stain (probably not helped by the steam which possibly makes fat spit all the more and then runs down the insides). And putting water in the bottom stains that as well ! As for the oven door, the bottom is open so bits of food somehow make their way up between the two glass panels, most frustrating ! WISH I hadn't bought AEG, unfortunately the oven isn't all I bought. :(
