Brilliant machine - the autodose function is so helpful, it looks great, is very quiet and being able to monitor the machine from your phone is so helpful becuase it stops you leaving washing in a wet drum etc - oh and the steam function is a game changer for me with my shirts - much easier to iron.
Quality product
Really pleased with our new washing machine, especially like the auto dose. It appears to be well made with good quality materials and everything works as it should.
It is slightly quieter than our old one but we’ve not tried the extra quite setting yet.
The app is very useful although I don’t think we need to operate the machine remotely, but it does mean making adjustments to the settings a bit easier.
Overall great value and hopefully very reliable machine.
Washing - clean. Wi-Fi - useless
Had the machine for a few weeks now.
Absolutely blown away with the quality of washing.
Have tried dozens of times to connect it to wi-fi, absolutely useless.
AEG need to sort it out.
A machine costing nigh on a thousand quid should NOT have ANY problems.

Nothing but problems with this machine, when it actually works, 4 home visits in, turns whites grey and fades all your colours. Quite simply the worst machine we've owned, the only positive is the AEG customer service team who were continually helpful in sending engineers

Thank you for your review. I myself have the AEG AutoDose washing machine and really love that particular AutoDose feature. Knowing that my clothes are always getting the correct volume of detergent for the load size, no wasting detergent and no under dosing which can make those clothing colours look bland makes a big difference. The app for me is really useful, being able to select the correct settings for my specific items as well as getting notifications when the detergent or softener is running low or even when my washing machine recommends a maintenance programme, the app on my phone allows me to get the best results for my clothes. I'm also conscious of my contribution to landfill, so if my clothes can look better for longer, it's less clothing waste.
