These mini quiches are gret for feeding a crowd, of even pack them for a picnic. 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 packet short crust pastry – rolled thinly
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet bacon lardons or pancetta (100g)
  • 1 onion – chopped
  • ½ pint milk
  • Salt & pepper
  • 125g grated cheese
