If you or anyone in your home are self-isolating in accordance with the latest government guidelines, we regret that we will not be able to attend your property at this time.  You can contact us if you live alone, after 7 days from the day symptoms started. If anyone you live with has symptoms, then the entire household needs to isolate and you can contact us after 14 days from the day symptoms started. Repair & Care

Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan for your broken-down appliance, 

  • Initial repair by a qualified AEG approved technican
  • Any further repairs needed will be covered for the duration of your plan - for ongoing peace of mind
  • If we cant fix your initial fault, we will refund any monies paid up to that point
  • One agreed, fixed fee, inclusive of parts – no surprises
  • A remote annual health check on your appliance and ongoing support from the Appliance Care Team
  • A visit by a technician if your appliance fails the annual heath check or stops working

This Maintenance & Support Plan is provided by Domestic & General Services Limited.

REPLACEMENT APPLIANCES DIRECT FROM AEG

If you decide that replacing your appliance is the right choice rather than repairing we can help. We can also arrange for installation of your new appliance if needed.

If however you arrange a technician visit, in the unlikely event your appliance cannot be repaired, both of our repair options offer a replacement appliance service. Call us to discuss your options.
