Electrolux is committed to making its websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act, as implemented in national law and laid out in the European standard EN 301 549 and the international guideline WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
In this information we also describe how to report issues to us, so we can resolve them, as well as how to contact our consumer support team for assistance on the accessibility function, for example assistance to purchase a product or book a service.
This accessibility information applies to consumer-facing e-commerce services provided at a distance through websites and mobile device-based service by electronic means, for example shopping though our websites or our Apps.
Technical information about the websites and mobile applications accessibility
We support latest versions of all major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, Safari, all other chromium-based browsers) and we adjust for screen size (desktop, mobile and tablets).
We tested internally with Screen readers as well as keyboard navigation and voice control. We support latest versions on Android and iOS platforms and also conducted user testing.
How to report an issue
Technical accessibility solutions vary, and Electrolux is interested to learn from our consumers how we can improve our ecommerce and app experience.
Please let us know if you experience any accessibility barriers when visiting any area of our digital experiences, systems, and services as relevant under accessibility requirements by sending an email to accessibility@electrolux.com (this is a no-reply email, to ask questions please contact Customer Support)
It would help us if you were able to provide the following:
- A description of what the intended task was and what the issue is
- Browser or native mobile application, and which country you are in
- A link or screenshot to the page where the issue occurred
To contact consumer support for assistance we are available for your through our chat and hotline support function on our websites and Apps.
Conformity status
We continuously test and monitor the relevant services offered through our websites and mobile applications, including involvement of external third-party accessibility consultants where applicable and using both manual and automated testing.
The website has content intended for consumers but also other stakeholders, such as professional technicians. E-commerce content not intended for consumers is not in scope of the accessibility requirement.
