REVIEW SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

We reserve the right to not publish content submitted by you or as decided by the Company in its own discretion, to publish content in abbreviated form if it contains any of the following or is a violation on the grounds of:

• Terms and Conditions: Content that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions and/or that violates any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances or regulations.
• Irrelevant Content, including: 
  • Price of the product or repair service offering subject of the review
  • Information or experience related to shipment, installation or contact centres
  • Content written in a different language than the language used on the website where the content is submitted
  • Information about other products or repair services
  • Submission of more than one review of the same product or repair service offering by the same person.
  • External links
• Inappropriate content: Obscene, discriminatory, or offensive language, or any other language not suitable for a public forum, critical comments on other reviews posted by other authors or any other comments or Content violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Fraud: “spam” content, attempts at automating content submissions, or use of fake email IDs for review submission, or any attempts to try and impersonate someone or another organisation.
• Marketing: Advertisement of or reference to other products, repair service offerings, brands, offers, websites, or price quotations.
• Personally identifiable information: Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information, pictures of persons or other personally identifiable informat
• Images with reviews submission guidelines:
  • Images showing human faces or other personally identifiable information will be rejected
  • Unpleasant, offensive or images copied from the internet will be rejected
  • Images must be in BMP, PNG, GIF or JPEG format. All non-JPG images will be automatically converted to JPG.
  • Images should be less than 10 MB.
  • Images must be at least 500 pixels x 500 pixels in height x width
  • A maximum of 5 images can be uploaded
  • No competitor branded appliances may be shown in the images.
